Bio
Sebastián is junior associate at Galica Abogados, S.C., where he started working since 2015. His professional practice mainly focuses on project finance, public-private partnerships, corporate law, general energy law matters and general health law matters.
On the infrastructure practice, he has been counsel to financial institutions and sponsors, in the development and financing of several projects, such as roads, power plants, ports, and other major infrastructure works.
Sebastián studied law at Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mixcoac and studied a university degree program (especialidad) on Commercial Law at Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mixcoac.
