María José joined Galicia Abogados in 2012, and since 2013 has been part of the Energy and Project Finance practice group. She has participated in the development of several infrastructure and energy projects, including wind farms, solar power facilities, and combined cycle power facilities, with respect to the development, construction, and operation of such projects, as well as the negotiation, drafting, and execution of the financing and security documents, and real estate matters.

She studied law at Universidad Panamericana (2015) and has a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Global Energy, International Arbitration, and Environmental Law from the School of Law of the University of Texas at Austin (2019).
