Luciano joined Galicia Abogados in 2019 as an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and is currently part of the Project Finance and Infrastructure area. His professional practice has focused on project finance and regulatory compliance in financial matters, as well as various transactions in the financial, infrastructure and media sectors.

He worked from 2017 to 2019 at Olivares y Cía as an intern and junior associate in the copyright and entertainment industries practice.

He studied law at the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (2012) and received the CENEVAL award for excellence performance(EGEL), due to his outstanding result in this degree test. He also has financial studies applied to legal practice by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2018).

Luciano is a member of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee since 2020, collaborating with various non-profit organizations to create a positive impact on civil society and channel efforts from the legal sector to improve the conditions of Mexico’s least favored citizens.
