Lucía Manzo
Bio

Lucía joined Galicia Abogados in 2008, and since 2010 has been part of the Environmental practice group. She has participated in the development of several infrastructure and energy projects, including wind farms, solar power facilities, simple and combined cycle power facilities, with regards to the energy, environmental, regulatory and real estate matters.

She has participated in the development and implementation of corporate environmental and permitting strategies, as well as in the process of obtaining authorizations, concessions, licenses and permits form federal, local or municipal authorities necessary for the development of industrial, tourism, commercial, real estate, infrastructure and energy projects. She has also collaborated in several mergers and acquisitions and project finance transactions with regards to the energy, environmental, real estate, and regulatory aspects.

She is a member of Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados, A.C., and is currently participating as Coordinator of the Environmental Law Committee.

Lucía studied law at Universidad Panamericana (2011) and has a master’s degree in Energy and Environment, form Tulane University Law School, New Orleans (2015).

She worked as foreign associate in Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Houston, TX from April 2016 to June 2017.
