Lili joined Galicia Abogados in 2014 as an associate in the Banking and Finance practice group, specializing in public financing, structuring and negotiating local and international financing, refinancing and debt restructuring transactions, representing borrowers, domestic and foreign banks.

She holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School.

She worked as a visiting attorney in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP, in the Capital Markets and Project Finance and Development practice groups.

Recently, The Legal 500 has named her “Rising Star” in the Banking & Finance practice.
