Liam joined Galicia Abogados in 2022, as associate in the Real Estate practice. His work is focused on the structuring and development of real estate projects, including private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the real estate market.

Prior to joining Galicia Abogados, he collaborated as an associate in one of the main law firms in the country in the Banking and Finance practice, in which he is also experienced. He took part in the negotiation and structuring of multiple financial transactions and the issuances of their securities, including bilateral and syndicated loans, both domestic and cross-border, advising either lender or borrower.

Liam earned his law degree from Universidad Panamericana (2020). Additionally, completed the Essentials of U.S. International Tax Law Program (2021) and the Essentials of U.S. Cybersecurity and Technology Law Program (2022) at New York University.
