Jorge joined Galicia Abogados in 2016 as an associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice areas. His work is focused in structuring and negotiating local and international financing, refinancing and debt restructuring transactions, representing borrowers, domestic and foreign banks. Also, represents issuers and underwriters in domestic and international equity and debt public, private and restricted offerings and securitizations.

Prior to joining Galicia Abogados, Jorge worked at Forastieri y Roqueñí, S.C., as an associate.

Jorge studied law at Universidad del Valle de México (2012) and holds a LLM degree in Banking and Financial Law from the Boston University School of Law.
