Bio
Gilda joined Galicia Abogados in 2012 as a law clerk in the Administrative and Constitutional Litigation practice area. As a part of Galicia, Gilda has represented our clients in cases addressing privacy and data protection matters, infrastructure, social security, urban development, taxes, public bids, among others.
She worked from 2009 to 2011 in Chévez, Ruíz, Zamarripa as a law clerk in the administrative and constitutional litigation area.
She is a member of AbogadasMX and has taught the Human Rights assignment as an assisting professor at Universidad Panamericana.
Gilda studied law at Universidad Panamericana (2012) and has a master’s degree from the University of Chicago (LL.M., 2017). Currently, she has successfully completed a master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights at the Universidad Panamericana.
