Erwin joined Galicia Abogados in 2019 as an associate in Administrative Constitucional Litigation practice area. He specializes in constitutional proceedings, federal administrative litigation and administrative procedures.

Before joining Galicia Abogados, Erwin collaborated for 10 years in different sectors of the judicial branch, including the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice, the Federal Electoral Court, among others.

Erwin studied law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2014), studied a specialization on legal argumentation in the same university (2014), obtained a specialization degree on constitutional application and interpretation from Universidad Castilla-La Mancha, Toledo, Spain (2015), and he has a master´s degree in Constitutional Law from the Barra Mexicana de Abogados, A.C. (2016).
