Bio
Diana is senior associate of Galicia Abogados since 2017. Her practice is focused on infrastructure, project finance, public-private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, financing, refinancing and restructuring of debt, across a broad range of industries, representing local and international clients in the public and private sectors. In infrastructure, she has experience representing sponsors, developers , States, Municipalities and financial institutions in projects ralated with highways, photovoltaic plants, electric generation plants, governmental institutions, and other mayor infrastructure projects.
Before joining Galicia Abogados, S.C., she worked at White & Case from 2005 to 2017 in the same areas and practices.
Diana studied law at Universidad de Monterrey (2007) and has a master in business administration (MBA) from IE Business School (2011).
