Carolina Rodríguez joined Galicia Abogados in 2019 as associate in the antitrust practice area. Her practice focuses on antitrust, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law in general. She has specialized in advice companies in all the stages of diverse procedures before COFECE, such as pre merger filings derived of international operations as mergers and acquisitions or joint ventures in a wide variety of industries, including consumer goods, energy, pharmeceuticals and real estate, as well as in investigations in industries as pharmaceutical or railway. Her experience also includes advice companies regarding the compliance with the mexican antirust legislation.

Carolina worked from 2015 to 2019 in Jones Day as intern, and subsequently as associate in the antitrust area. Carolina studied law at Escuela Libre de Derecho (2017) and took the diploma course in mergers in acquisitions form the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2019).
