Begoña joined Galicia Abogados in 2018. She currently serves as an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Wealth Management practice areas. Her work is focused on advising domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds on corporate matters related to corporate restructurings, the acquisition of shares and assets in different sectors and industries (including energy, infrastructure, technology, hotels and education) and real estate transactions, specifically real estate investment trusts (REITs) and hotel developments, focusing mainly on transactional work.

In 2016, Begoña worked at Bufete Soní, S.C. as a law clerk in the administrative litigation area, specializing in Intellectual Property matters.

Begoña obtained her law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2019 and in 2017 she studied abroad at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.

Her native language is Spanish and she is fluent in English.
