Arturo joined Galicia Abogados in 2021 as a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area. His work is focused on disputes concerning a wide range of matters including public and private contracts termination, consumer protection, financial services, torts, corporate disputes, debt collection and guarantee enforcement, which encompasses constitutional, civil, administrative and commercial litigations, which often involved international parties and multiple jurisdictions, including cross-border trials. The sectors/industries in which he has specialized have been: construction, energy and corporate disputes.

He worked from 2020 to 2021 in Santamarina y Steta as a senior associate in the litigation area, analyzing matters involving of damages derived from Industrial Property infringements, contractual breaches, collection of debts, precautionary measures and amparo. Also, he worked from 2015 to 2020 at SOLCARGO (Solórzano, Carvajal, González and Pérez-Correa S.C.) as a senior associate in the area of Litigation and Arbitration.

Arturo studied a law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México ITAM (2013), he also has a Specialization Degree in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law at Universidad Panamericana (2017), and a Master of Laws (LL. M.) with an emphasis on Dispute Resolution and Energy Law from Queen Mary University of London (2019).
