Ana Sofía is an associate in Galicia Abogados’ Arbitration and Litigation practice. Before joining the Firm, she worked at Bufete Asali.

With over four years of experience in dispute resolution, Ana Sofía has focused her practice in complex commercial arbitrations in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors, as well as in commercial litigations before Mexican courts.

Ana Sofía obtained her law degree at Universidad Panamericana. She has actively participated in the Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot representing the team from Universidad Panamericana, team that she currently coaches. Ana Sofía is a teacher assistant in the courses Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and Private International Law in said university.

She is a member of Mexico’s Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (MXVYAP).
